Join us for FREE YOGA, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays throughout the FALL. Wednesday and Thursday classes at 5:00-6:00pm at the Jefferson Madison Regional LIbrary. Saturday and Sundays at 4:00-5:00pm at Ashtanga Yoga Charlottesville.
